Awful service. Website stated items in stock, ordered a full set of matching lingerie and paid, only days later to get an email stating some of the set wasn't available but that they have sent the rest. It's then up to me to arrange to return the odd items. Who in their right mind wants half a lingerie set???? Never use them again....
I tried on some bras in the shop about a year ago, and loved the design and quality. I didn't buy because I simply couldn't afford it at the time, and haven't been back into a shop since. I recently received the Ava bra which I bought online. I was really excited to finally get a bra from this brand. All I can say is that I'm shocked about how cheap the quality now is. Is this now the standard of the whole brand? If I buy again, it will be purely because of the design, not the quality, and that's a heck of a price to pay for something of low quality. What happened????

Horrible customer service. Not valued as a customer who pays 300$+ per outfit. The luxury price tag without the luxury service or treatment.
False advertising of a discount for new subscribers! They lie and don't care. Then when you try to unsubscribe they stop sending email for a while and then start again. Will raise a ticket with trading standards. Underwear of poor quality and fit but you can't get a refund just money back in the form of store credit! Why would I want to buy from them again if the first time I was not satisfied?! Awful!!!!! Stay away!
I have several sets form honeybirdette, and the quality matches the price and the customer service is sublime ????????
Twice the have sent me items from directly from a store, once from England and once from Australia because the did not have it in storage from there warehouse in Europe ????

The reviews I read prior to ordering gave me a premonition about the product. In particular the placement of the name and size tags on the front of the pantie allowing for an undesirable appearance and removal of these result in damaged product. These reviews are completely correct and accurate. The pantie may survive a single use and washing but it will unravel. As a result I will never order your product again as their competitors provide better value for money.
I received a soiled garment. When I contacted them they asked for a picture which I sent. There were no more in stock to exchange. They then said I should clean it with a baby wipe. No apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing! It was keep it or send it back and have an odd set. I was appalled. Normally they are good but 1 star reflects this particular experience.
Customer service and quality of products is well and truely not worth the price, take your money elsewhere! I received my $200 lingerie set with loose threads in multiple places on the bra, which honey simply advised me to cut off when I contacted them, branding tag clearly visible right at the front of the sheer g string (really?!) and good luck actually being able to purchase something from them since majority of the time they have minimal stock.
Most of the time they have great products. The quality of some deigns are not good but 95% are awesome. Great flexible return policy which is amazing
I spent over 1400$ on my first order. 1000$ on my second order. HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer “service”. They shipped late (Because they hadn’t realized one lousy pair of stockings was out of stock!) so that took an extra two weeks! and shipped with the crappiest courrier that doesn’t even have a Customer service line or provide a delivery date! It’s been “in transit” for almost a month! Honey Birdette couldn’t care less! It’s coming from the US to Canada for crying out loud. I ordered from agent provocateur twice in January and got both my orderS in 3 business days from the UK!!!! Considered their first mistake and considering the amount of money I spent, they could have offered a decent courrier! So so so cheap!
Absolutely atrocious customer service! My boyfriend bought my a $250 set for my birthday, however wrong sized bottom. Reached out to customer service about an exchange 10 days past the return window and was met with a cold and braggadocios tone stating "no exceptions could be made." No offer of exchange, assistance, simply, your loss. Extremely off putting especially in these uncertain and tumultuous times.
Low quality with unreasonable price
I thought it is a luxury lingerie brand, but I was totally disappointed when I received it. Cheap material and poor handwork, MADE IN CHINA. Never again. Don't waste your money!

Recently purchased from EUs website and I was amazed with the delivery time.
Very fast delivery from the UK to Portugal.
